Medior System Administrator

What is the status of the IT environments at our customers? Are there potential risks or how can I improve the IT environment for problems that arise? Are these questions on your mind? Then we are looking for you!

We are looking for a Senior System Administrator. Someone who is ready for a new challenge, which goes beyond managing our customers’ environments.

Function

As a Medior System Administrator you are responsible for managing and keeping the systems available at our customers. You are the point of contact for complex issues at our customers. And you are responsible for the onboarding of our new MSP customers.

How we do that? Well that’s where you get a big finger in the pie. We are busy expanding our management department, for which we are looking for someone who wants to think along about the procedures and how we can best set up the management department.

What we like to see (but certainly not a requirement)

Minimum 3 years of experience in supporting and managing environments on the Microsoft (Cloud) platform.

Knowledge and experience in (proactively) managing monitoring:

Microsoft (Azure) Active Directory;
Microsoft Endpoint Manager (EMS Intune);
Windows 11 workplace environments;
Microsoft Exchange Online e Hybride;
Microsoft Defender Antivirus/AntiSpam solutions;
Microsoft 365 Office applications in the workplace;
Various backup solutions;

Knowledge of the components below is an advantage:

Microsoft SharePoint Online Microsoft Teams;
Microsoft Azure IaaS and PaaS environments;
Knowledge of the Windows Server platform;
Knowledge of various Virtualisation platforms (Hyper-V/VMWare);
Setting up and maintaining monitoring tools correctly;
