De belangrijkste visie van Microsoft is toch wel dat zij iedere persoon en organisatie op deze planeet wil helpen om meer te bereiken.
\nIn het kader van de “digitale transformatie” wil Microsoft het voor alle organisaties zo makkelijk mogelijk maken om zaken met haar te doen en haar producten af te nemen.
\nDat is op dit moment nog niet zo makkelijk als bijvoorbeeld een app store van je telefoon. De ene licentie loopt via partner A, de ander via partner B, sommige licenties rechtstreeks via Microsoft en andere software heb je zelf geactiveerd in de Microsoft Marketplace.
\nHet bewaken van de kosten in deze scenario’s is lastig. Microsoft gaat dit oplossen door al deze informatie in \u00e9\u00e9n centraal portaal beschikbaar te stellen.
\nDit proces is in 2020 gestart en zal medio volgend jaar echt iets gaan opleveren voor u als klant van Microsoft.
\nDit traject noemt Microsoft de “New Commerce Experience” (NCE).<\/p>\n

Onderdeel van de NCE is een aantal wijzigingen en spelregels waar zowel de klanten als de partners van Microsoft mee te maken krijgen.
\nIn deze blog wordt een paar belangrijke wijzigingen vermeld. De komende periode zal steeds meer duidelijk worden over NCE en zullen vervolg blogs door ons gepubliceerd worden.<\/p>\n

De Microsoft Customer Agreement<\/h3>\n

Er komt \u00e9\u00e9n centrale overeenkomst tussen u en Microsoft waarin de voorwaarden, rechten en plichten beschreven zijn. Wanneer u al licenties als abonnementen in het CSP programma heeft lopen bij ons of bij een andere partner, dan is deze Microsoft Customer Agreement al ingeregeld en door u ondertekend.<\/p>\n

Extra abonnementsvormen<\/h3>\n

Voor de meeste abonnementen gold dat deze voor \u00e9\u00e9n jaar geldig waren en maandelijks gefactureerd werden. Doordat je vrijelijk kon op- en afschalen leek het op een maandelijks abonnement, maar dat was het officieel niet (de prijs stond voor een jaar vast, bijvoorbeeld).
\nDeze\u00a012-maandelijkse<\/strong>\u00a0abonnementsvorm wordt zodanig aangepast dat het niet langer mogelijk is om binnen het jaar af te schalen. Opschalen kan altijd.
\nBetaling kan nog steeds per maand, maar kan ook vooraf voor de gehele duur van 12 maanden.<\/p>\n

Daarnaast wordt het mogelijk om een abonnement voor\u00a036 maanden<\/strong>\u00a0te activeren. Ook hierbij is afschalen niet mogelijk in de looptijd van het abonnement, maar opschalen wel.
\nBetaling kan ook hier nog steeds per maand, maar kan ook per jaar of vooraf voor de gehele duur van 36 maanden.<\/p>\n

Voor als flexibiliteit vereist is wordt een\u00a0maandabonnement<\/strong>\u00a0toegevoegd aan de opties. Dus niet het jaarabonnement zoals deze was, maar een heus maandabonnement waarbij de prijs ook maar \u00e9\u00e9n maand vaststaat. Afschalen en opschalen is mogelijk en de betaling is natuurlijk maandelijks.
\nDeze flexibiliteit heeft een prijskaart! Over het algemeen zal de prijs van een licentie zo’n 20% hoger komen te liggen dan wanneer u kiest voor \u00e9\u00e9n van de hiervoor genoemde andere abonnementsvormen.<\/p>\n

Vervallen abonnementsvormen<\/h3>\n

Natuurlijk vallen er ook abonnementsvormen weg bij de introductie van de nieuwe. Zo zal eind dit jaar het Open Licentie programma eindigen.<\/p>\n

Verhoging prijzen<\/h3>\n

Helaas, alles wordt duurder, voor u, voor ons en ook voor Microsoft. De stijgende kosten bij Microsoft resulteren in diverse prijsverhogingen op abonnementen. De exacte prijzen zijn nog niet bekend, maar we houden rekening met een verhoging van gemiddeld 10%.<\/p>\n

Te nemen actie<\/h3>\n

Bij nieuwe abonnementen die u afsluit gelden automatisch de nieuwe spelregels. V\u00f3\u00f3r juli 2022 moeten alle licenties naar het nieuwe model gemigreerd zijn.
