Als ondernemer wil je ondernemen. Je bent niet gaan ondernemen om je druk te maken om randzaken. IT? Dat moet gewoon werken. En je medewerkers? Die moeten gewoon blij zijn. Laat die happy user nou net zijn waarom Jurgen Bossenbroek, onze oprichter en directeur, ooit is gaan ondernemen. In deze blog vertelt Luuk van den Ende, business development manager bij 2source4, wat in onze ogen een happy user is en waarom wij daar blij van worden.<\/p>\n

Het verschil zit \u2018m in de oplossing. <\/strong>Het team van 2source4 bestaat uit zo\u2019n dertig prachtige mensen. Met z\u2019n allen hebben we maar \u00e9\u00e9n ultiem doel, en dat is die happy user. We staan als team aan dezelfde kant van de streep, iedereen helpt elkaar. Ieder individu heeft zijn of haar eigen talent, maar doordat we elkaar blindelings durven te vertrouwen, versterken we elkaar alleen maar.<\/p>\n

Onze mensen hebben het naar hun zin en onze klanten proeven dat. Als wij in gesprek gaan met een klant, gaat het niet over de beste techniek of de meest concurrerende prijs. Het gaat over de wensen en behoeften van de klant en samen werken we aan de beste oplossing. De techniek? Die kan je ook bij een ander halen. De oplossing? Daarin maken wij het verschil.<\/p>\n

De weg naar een happy user begint met luisteren<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Als je vindt dat je medewerkers je bedrijf maken, dan moet je ook naar ze luisteren. Zij hebben te dealen met de uitdagingen van het dagelijks werk, zij weten waar de mogelijkheden tot verbeteringen zitten. Wij beginnen dan ook altijd met luisteren. Wat zijn de\u00a0taken die je kunt automatiseren om effici\u00ebnter te werken, wat kun je doen zodat je technologie voor je laat werken, zodat de medewerkers weer kunnen doen waar ze goed in zijn?<\/p>\n

Neem bijvoorbeeld een indiensttredingsprocedure. We weten allemaal hoe iets dat zo simpel lijkt, heel ingewikkeld kan zijn. Door zo\u2019n proces te automatiseren,\u00a0cre\u00eber je winst voor de hele organisatie. Als acht mensen daar een kwartier in de week mee bezig zijn, heb je toch mooi twee uur bespaard. Twee uur minder frustratie en twee uur die je medewerkers extra aan hun kerntaken kunnen besteden.<\/p>\n

De Harley Davidson onder de IT-partners<\/p>\n

Jurgen, de oprichter van 2source4, neemt graag een voorbeeld aan Marc McAllister, de managing director van Harley Davidson. Hij zegt: \u2018Het gaat niet om de machine, het gaat om de vrijheid\u2019. Wat ons betreft is het bij IT net zo. Het gaat niet om de techniek, het gaat om de vrijheid die het je geeft. Wat zijn je wensen, waar liggen je behoeften? Die moeten de oplossing bepalen. Er is niet \u00e9\u00e9n IT-saus die voor elke mkb\u2019er werkt, dat moet je snappen.<\/p>\n

Er rijden miljoenen Harleys rond op deze aardbol, oud en nieuw. Die laat je niet door de eerste de beste hobbyist onderhouden. Als je jaar in, jaar uit van ritjes op je Harley wil genieten, dan zoek je een regelrechte vakidioot, een echte kenner (zoals\u00a0Berry Spithoven<\/a>) met net zo veel passie voor jouw stalen ros als jij. Er zijn er ook razendveel IT-partijen in de wereld, maar je vertrouwt toch ook niet zomaar iedereen jouw IT-omgeving toe? Het is de passie, de aanpak, de connectie die het verschil maakt.<\/p>\n
