Senior Service Desk Assistant

Function

As a senior service desk assistant, you are the first point of contact for our customers. You handle reports, resolve incidents and change requests, call in second- or third-line support in a timely manner and monitor the progress of the processes. You report on reported incidents and solutions, provide after-service and support where necessary and support your colleagues on issues for which they do not immediately know the solution. You also guide your colleagues in their technical development and contribute to service quality. You support companies in various sectors.

What we like to see (but certainly not a requirement)

You have at least 3 years’ experience as a service desk assistant;
You master practical solutions for setting up ICT management processes (ITIL);
You are certified on the recent Microsoft technologies MS-100/101 or MS-102 (Microsoft 365);
You care about investing in your own success;
You are communicative and customer-oriented;
You are flexible and can handle stress well;
You have good problem-solving skills.
